Manila, Philippines The interior of the van is 16ft x 7 ft wide. It has a side door opening in front and a door opening at the back. There are 4 computers on the left side and 3 computers on the right side. We have 4 hard discs, one 32" TV, a DVD player, a sound system, 2 sets of wireless microphones, one player, an LCD projector, and a wide screen which can be pulled down when projecting shows. Ribbon Cutting Ceremony headed by Cabinet Secretary of Social Welfare and Development, Dr. Esperanza Cabral. Another Ribbon Cutting ceremony was done by District Gov Josie Ang and RIPR Representative DAI MING KUO  of Taiwan.
